One portal for the whole relationship.

Between first look and final distribution, an investor can be handed three or four different platforms. Helm streamlines marketing, onboarding, reporting, and servicing into one continuous experience – under your brand.

Less upkeep. More deal work.

Give investors self-service access to everything they need. Give your team back the weeks lost to spreadsheets, reports, and status emails.

FAQ

Is this just a data room with a login?

No. A data room stores documents. The portal is a live experience - positions, notices, documents, e-sign, reporting - connected to everything that happened before it on the same platform.

What reporting does it cover?

Quarterly reporting, capital call notices, and distribution notices, generated from the same investor and position records the rest of the platform runs on.

Can it show data from systems outside Helm?

Yes. The platform ingests third-party data in any format, normalises it, and surfaces it inside the same investor experience.

Can we integrate it with our stack?

Yes - a comprehensive REST API across every platform object, webhooks for events, warehouse exports, CRM sync, and SFTP delivery.
